Sustainability is a core value that is central to everything we do within the business operations of Q products.

• We focus on a closed loop, in which we use and/or reuse products and components for as long as possible. Minimizing waste and promoting recycling are central.
• We give returned electronics and used IT hardware a second life. In this way, we reduce e-waste and contribute to sustainability. and reduce CO2 emissions.
• Instead of managing our own fleet, we use external transporters that are equipped for the best-filled logistical movements. This reduces our ecological footprint.

This core value includes various aspects that we carefully address:

• We take full responsibility for guiding both sales and purchasing processes of our customer/relations. This includes the entire process, from the first contact to the final deal.
• We relieve relations/customers of any concerns they may have by taking over unsold stock, slow-moving products or returns at a fair market value.
• Thanks to our extensive experience and our broad network, we are able to meet specific customer requirements in the field of issues surrounding IT hardware and services. In addition, we have our own stock, which makes us flexible and enables us to act quickly.

In short, we strive to completely relieve our customers of their concerns, so that they can concentrate on their core activities and do not have to worry about logistical challenges and inventory management.

Our flat organizational structure with short lines allows us to be flexible, which enables us to quickly switch between different departments, partners and suppliers. We always think along with the customer. In various areas such as personnel, storage and transport we can quickly scale up. And through our in-house technical service, there is a lot of knowledge to quickly convert possible technical challenges into solutions.
